Job Description

Filterra®, a division of Americast, Inc., is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to join our team in Virginia.  This position supports our operations office by providing field activation and maintenance vendor supervision and project delivery support to contractors nationwide. Filterra® is an advanced stormwater bioretention / filtration treatment system that protects our nation’s waterways.  The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic professional, with the following qualifications:

The core duties and responsibilities for this position include:

● Manage database entry for activation and maintenance records
● Issue Purchase orders to vendors to complete field work
● Serve as primary point of contact for all contractor customers
● Track and oversee each project from customer order to delivery, installation and maintenance
● Work in conjunction with Engineering Support staff and Field Sales staff to secure delivery
● Maintain Filterra standards of operation and quality assurance procedures
● Coordinate and manage designated sub-contractors for landscape work
● Provide field supervision and project oversight as needed for Filterra projects
● Respond to incoming customer calls and installation requests by contractors
● Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors and vendors
● Coordinate product and service delivery with Operations and Field Sales staff
● Located in Mid-Atlantic, ideally within driving distance of Ashland
● Moderate travel involved. Mostly Mid-Atlantic and some across the US

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic Qualifications:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience in the general construction and/or landscape contracting preferred
● Valid drivers license (Class B preferred)
● Previous operations support experience is beneficial with good organization needed
● Familiar with Excel, Access, Outlook and Word and ability to download photos
● Ability to lift 100 lbs.
