Job Description
The Americast precast plant is looking for a skilled Form Carpenter. This position will work with the Symons panel box systems—stripping, setting up and placing concrete in forms. Successful candidate will be able to interpret and plan daily production requirements from schedule, read and interpret production drawings, and will be focused on safety, efficiency and quality.
Must be able to work independently as well as under direct supervision. Looking for someone who will step up and lead a crew.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*Must be able to read and interpret production drawings
*Must have proven leadership abilities
*Must have excellent communication skills
*Requires hands-on labor skills
*Must have full understanding of steel reinforcement and placement requirements
Education, Certifications and/or Other Requirements
*High school diploma or GED equivalent
