Strong proficiency using hand tools and competency with hot work equipment and multi-meters. Also interpreting and applying information from operating, maintenance and repair manuals, schematics and blueprints. All activities are performed in a high noise, high volume environment. Essential responsibilities:
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.

Willing to be flexible with work schedule by working various hours before and after production shift. Willing to schedule and attend meetings during off-shift hours. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to lead by involving others in decision processes. Demonstrated results-orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities. Sound analytical and business judgment including problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Demonstrated understanding of technology, including complexities of products, machinery, and costs. Ability to implement change. Ability to motivate others and encourage team development. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
