Job Description
Filterra Bioretention Systems, a division of Americast, Inc., is seeking a Marketing Coordinator at their headquarters office located in Ashland, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for all regional and national marketing efforts for Filterra’s expanding stormwater treatment products.
Core responsibilities & duties include:
• Create and manage all marketing literature/documents
• Create and manage all National and regional print/web advertising
• Write and distribute press releases and news articles
• Create and manage direct mail pieces and e-mail blast for specific marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain company website and SEO marketing efforts
• Manage and coordinate various outsourced marketing projects
• Coordinate, research and prepare for trade shows and company sponsored seminars
• Maintain and update customer contact database
• Provide efficient marketing support to sales representatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and well organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe CreativeSuite2, Macromedia Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office applications are ideal.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Requirements
Education or Other Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing or related field.
