Agru Sure Grip® Concrete Protective Liners
Agru Sure Grip® Concrete Protective Liners, whether high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene copolymer (PPR), provide excellent protection from bacterial and chemical attack.
Unique characteristics distinguish it from other liners on the market:
- Large number of stud anchors (39 per square foot)

New Agru Sure Grip® Liner installation
Installation of this product in new manholes, wet wells, and valve vaults allows them to be protected like never before, eliminating future replacement and rehabilitation costs.
Rehabilitation with Agru Sure Grip® Liner
This liner system can be utilized in the rehabilitation of existing systems where corrosion and deterioration has already begun. Every rehabilitation situation has its own characteristics, so please contact Americast for assistance in determining the best solution to the rehabilitation problem.
*Americast warrants this product for a period of 5 years against penetration of hydrogen sulfide gas and sulfuric acids found in sanitary sewer systems; as well as leak protection from inflow and infiltration when personnel authorized by Americast perform installation and required welding. Filterra®
The Filterra Stormwater Bioretention Filtration System harnesses the power of nature to capture, cycle and immobilize pollutants to treat urban runoff. The combination of landscape vegetation and a specially designed filter media allows bacteria, metals, nutrients and total suspended solids (TSS) to be removed naturally.
This patented system is the urban solution for Low Impact Development (LID).
CVTR & CVTS Oil/Water Separator
Proven Performance
The CVTR or CVTS, coupled with the Grit Interceptor, provides a simple, low maintenance system for treating drainage water with no moving parts, no pumps, and no chemicals. The Grit Interceptor removes sediment and trash. The CVTR or CVTS’s vertical tubes remove free oil and grease down to 10ppm at flow ranges from 20 to 500 gpm.

Retrofit Applications
Easily installs in existing pipe lines for retrofit applications. Identical inlet and outlet pipe elevations avoid the need for costly new pipe runs.
Reliable Access
The diameter of the CVTR is the same from base to grade. Each unit also includes a factory installed manway hatch.
Cost-Effective Design
Unlike most steel systems, ballast slab, hold-down straps, and cathodic protection are not needed with the CVTR or CVTS - so you save time and money! The entire system arrives at the job site with all internal components completely assembled and ready for operation. Inlet and outlet pipes are stubbed out for easy installation. Just lower the unit into the excavated area, connect the pipes, backfill, and you’re back in business in no time at all.
Easy Maintenance
The CVTR & CVTS are a standout for easy service and maintenance. The vault design permits inspection of the system’s interior while it is in operation. Excess sludge and oil can be easily removed with appropriate equipment designated for industrial cleaning.

Grease Traps
Americast has standard designs for 500, 1000, and 1500 gallon grease traps. All three sizes are available for HS-20 load bearing applications. Custom sizes and configurations can be designed to suit various site conditions.
